I am a XP novice and have a problemwhen connecting to the internet. My internet provider has given me an ID code,a password and a telephone number for my ISDN connection, but every time I want to log on my ID has been changed to ConnInst10, together with a new password and telephone number. My internet provider tells me to re-install Windows XP. Is this really the only solution?

I've tried to search on my computer, without result unfortunately... ConnInst10 comes back every time I want to log on. But as far as I can understand it is not doing any harm as long as I delete it and fill in my own user's ID. Quite a nuisance, so please let me know if you find a solution!
