Normally when I am online and close down the page by clicking on the X in the right hand corner of the screen, a message will appear which states "Your application has closed down etc and asks if I would like to hang up the connection". For some reason this has stopped happening. Can I get it back? Is it just a matter of ticking a box or I have I messed up somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the connection now close down when you close Explorer (or whatever browser you use), without that message, or does it stay connected, and which do you want to do?

It stays connected. If I could get it to disconnect when I close the browser. That would be good.
