I have a client who says his tablet PC that cannot connect online both wire and wirelessly. He describes teh problem as "IP/TCP settings it will not recieve the Default gateway and the DNS automatically."

I am going to look at his PC tommorow..it might be a simple fix, but before then..anyone think they know what the problem is?
