Connect MFC Application spyware?

CPU/Ram: 1.4ghz-512 Ram

After an up-dated scan Spybot turned this up:
Connect MFC Application

What is it and can I safely remove it? I googled and didn't seem to get any results.

I would have thought it safe to delete considering what found it. My guess is that it's spyware attemting to be proper.

I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
