Hi, I can't choose "Connect directly to another computer" in New Connection. I've connect XP with 2000 thru the null-modem cable (COM port)
Direct connection through a Serial Cable (COM Ports)

Are you shure your cable is a null modem cable? It then should work. Otherwise you can try it with a Laplink serial or Laplink parrallel cable. If you have Network cards installed on both PC's get a X-over cable which is the best solution.
