a few days ago, I decided to clean up my computer by removing some temporary files. everything seemed fine for a few hours but than my internet would not let me use Internet Explorer or Mozilla. I began noticing my internet was more slow and laggy than before. When I attempt to launch the browers, the windows just appear with nothing loaded on the page. I can resolve this by unplugging my internet and replugging it. but after another few hours, the problem will occur again. I already tried a spy-ware removal and a TC/PIP repair but nothing is helping. If you have a solution, please help me~ thankyou so much~ I am running on windows XP~

"I already tried a spy-ware removal" Most of us use more than one type of protection and you didn't even tell us which one you used. I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.

Are you sure they were temporary files and how did you remove them? Could be a server issue (losing synchronisation) which might resolve itself eventually. Check with your server hot line - this is the sort of problem they are there to resolve. DerekW
