Hey all,
I am having a problem with my keyboard in DOS. Everything works fine when in windows but the keys are messed up in dos. Most of the time I can use the alphabet and number keys ok but when I use shift to get exclamation marks and all the other shift buttons, I get a mixture of keys I do not want. Everytime I open a command window i get the following :
One or more CON code pages invalid for given keyboard code.
I am in Norway and thus have a norwegian layout but as previously stated I have problems in DOS.

Use the "keyb.com" command with a guess at what norway's initials in dos are. For me I'd type "keyb uk" at the dos prompt. In dos from win98 in my autoexec.bat it would say: "mode con codepage prepare= ((850) C:\windows\command\ega.cpi" "mode con codepage select=850"
I think 850 is a generic thing but not to do with Ireland and England but i'm not sure. Maybe something got messed up with those lines.
