Computer wont turn on

my computer wont turn on at all, it was working fine until i opened it once to take some fans out, then i close it up.. and it was being reluctant to close so i banged it close.. but not HARD.. because ofcourse i wouldnt want to mess up the computer.. ubt now it wont turn on at all.. the LED fans turn on the the BIOS number thing turns on for like a second, then doesnt keep going.. this happened before and i think my friend reset the bios or something.. but im not sure.. but he got it working again.. but that friend is off to vacation and i really want to fix my computer. i unplugged all the fans and everything so i dont think its the fans.. could i have blown something out by hitting the case cover? and the ethernet port lights stay on.. but why doesnt the mobo or anything else.. ugh.. im so confused.. i didnt hit it HARD or anything.. ahh.. someone help me

This isn't the hardware forum.

Why in the world are you disconnecting fans? Reconnect them PROPERLY

Odds are you connected something wrong or disconnected something that is required to initialize the mainboard.

This is assuming you have the power plugged into the wall, the on switch for the power supply is ON and the power supply is properly connected to the mainboard.

Give a person a fish, they eat for a day. Suggest they internet search and they learn a skill for a lifetime.

If you unplugged the cpu fan it won't boot, beep, or anything.

Might want to take the lid back off and see if you crushed/cut some wires.

Er, have you tried replacing the fans (the ones you were removing)?
Just that sometimes retracing your steps helps solve some probs -- I doubt you can undo the whack though!
