A few days ago, my computer just shut off for some reason. And now it wont turn back on. I don't think that it's the power supply because, the little light on my motherboard turns on, but when I press the power switch, the fan doesn't start or anything. Any help?

try to run the computer with just the mother board, hard drive, and video card.....if it runs then add components back one or two at a time. determine if there's any bios beeps too at any time.

then maybe look into the on/off switch.....and then a new power supply

If the cpu fan is bad that will happen. No beeps, nada. Although It could be the power supply.

My thoughts are that power supplies supply several different voltages to various computer components. One voltage supply could have taken a dump.

Also to say,
Dust collects inside computers. I vacuum mine
out once a year. Do not blow it it out, or
dust will go where you don't want it.
