there is no power to my computer i figured it might be my power cord of power supply. i switched my power cord and it worked now it's been a week and now i'm having the same problem of it not being able to turn on. i know this is some what of a stupid question but, before i buy another power supply i was wondering if the cause can be from something else. thank you

Over time, wall sockets can become loose fitting. Meaning that when a cord is plugged in, it feels like it is not a tight fit. Try replacing the wall outlet.

We had one user here who's computer wouldn't power up until you pulled the plug out and put it back in. Got a new power supply and that fixed the problem. Does yours boot up after you pull the plug and put it back in?
