These errors are usually (but not 100% always) down to failing or faulty memory.
If you can, Google "memtest86 download" and download the V4.0 ISO image for CD-Rom drives.
It's a bootable DOS CD image, so burn the ISO onto CD, set your computer to boot from CD and then restart it with the CD in the drive.
It will then test the memory of your machine and tell you if it's good or bad.
If you can do this before doing what the link at the top says, all the better because if your memory is faulty then the above repair process will probably not work anyway.
