Hi, I have a Acer Aspire ASE500 Desktop. I don't have much knowledge about computers, but one day my virus scanner informed me that I have viruses that are supposedly "very dangerous". I am convinced that my anti-virus scanner is a legit and trustable program for I have been using it for a few years. After I removed the detected viruses, It told me I needed to restart my computer to completely remove them, so I restarted my computer and the POST screen in black poped up. I tried to start it normally and use last good settings, both will stop at the Windows loading screen and the computer will restart. I tried all three safe modes and it restarts the computer without even reaching the windows loading screen. I reset my BIOS and CMOS settings, it hasn't worked. Any help/comments will be appreciated.
