Are there any other messages displayed? There can be many reasons for that behavior. How old is the computer? Are you OK with opening the case up?

Thanks for the help, at first I thought it would be overheating, so I opened the box and everything is clean no dust, I dont understand why when I boot to safe mode once it boots to normal mode. Let me describe step by step.
1, turn computer on in the morning
2 it goes to the same screen when the f8 is pressed,(however I dont press f8) if I let it go it tries to boot to normal mode but it keeps going back over and over again.
3 since it does not boot to normal mode I choose safe mode.
4 it boots to safe mode
5 from safe mode I restart the computer and it boots to normal mode with no problem.

Watch the POST screens at start up to see if all your hardware is being configured by the BIOS.

Tap the Pause key once to freeze the screen so you can read it. Then tap space bar to unfreeze. Listings there should include all memory, drives, network adapters, graphics cards/chips, sound, etc.

Try just allowing the computer to set at the boot choice screen for a few minutes to see if the computer will then boot directly to standard Windows. You problem could be hardware or software. My suggestions may help determine which.
