Computer turns on by itself

CPU/Ram: AMD 1800/512 2100 DDR 233

My computer turns on by itself 10 - 30 seconds after shutting it down. Please tell me what may be the cause of this.

Could be a faulty power switch or PSU or mobo. Try replacing PSU and if you can the power switch. If it still happens could be a faulty motherboard. You'll just have to switch the power off at the socket quickly before it reboots.

Also try checking your power settings on to see if it is configured to start. Right click desktop screen saver power then check .
