My computer turns on by itself 10 - 30 seconds after shutting it down. Please tell me what may be the cause of this.

Could be a faulty power switch or PSU or mobo. Try replacing PSU and if you can the power switch. If it still happens could be a faulty motherboard. You'll just have to switch the power off at the socket quickly before it reboots.
