My computer turns on randomly by itself. Did a system restore and even changed the motherboard, power supply, case, and processor, and it still does this. The only things I didn't replace were the hard drives and the 2DVD burners. Can someone help me?

There are some settings in the bios that allow the computer to be booted up if there is modem or lan activity apart from that my guess is Aliens or poltergeist(s) - mischievous children ?

Heard of this before, go into the BIOS and look for WOL (Wake on Lan) and disable it. If you have broadband it can happen if some hacker is running a sweep and triggers your router, since you probably have a firewall it means you see no signs of activity except your PC has powered up. Rgds.
