I reformatted my computer and updated my bios but whenever I plug in my Wireless PCI adapter and surf the internet for a few minutes the computer shuts itself off. I removed it doesn't happen again.

Check to see if your drivers for the wireless card are all installed correctly. Also make sure the firmware is up-to-date on the wireless card. Both of these you can check on the manufacturer of the wireless cards website. Hope this helped!
