Every time I turn on my computer the screen is shifted to the right and down, leaving black to the left and top. It stays like that the whole time I'm using it. Very frustrating because I can't access my scroll bars, etc. I don't know anything about computers, so please help.
There are adjustments on the monitor. Look for the menu button on the monitor itself. How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.
