computer restarts without prompt

my computer alway's restarts without tellin me, it's just random. Whenever i try to play a game like max payne 2, it just restarts. Also, when i talk with my friends on AIM, it restarts. It even does that on welcom screen too. there hasn't been a single day when it hasn't restarted yet. when it does restart, it doesn't give any warning either. just like a random reboot
