Computer restarts out of noware

Greettings, Twice this week my computer has just restarted out out of no ware. I dont understand why this would happen. Can some help me solve this problem. I thank you in advanced

Right click My Computer,
Properties,
Advanced tab,
Settings button (Starup and Recovery),
uncheck Automatically Restart.

Now you should get an error message when it happens again.

Error messages help in diagnosing.

I've heard of software, spyware, adaware, hardware, etc., but never heard of noware.
