restart the computer in "safe mode"
to do this : reboot and immediately start toggling the "F8" key to open the start page.
if it tries to start windows you missed it and will have to try again!

select to reatart in safe mode and let the computer restart itself into safe mode.
then navigate: start > right click "my computer" and choose "properties" > advanced tab and under startup and recovery select"settings" button > then uncheck the auto restart box and apply and ok out and then reboot your computer and on boot up your computer will display an error code so as to be able to trace out the issue.

while in properties section you could choose to do a system restore back to an earlier date and see if that will correct the problem.

Hi ajayrawat

I had the same problem last night caused by Second Life crashing.

I traced the stop code and was told that to solve it just start the computer using F8 and choose Last Known Configuration.

Hope this helps.

cheers

additional to the responses above you might have an overheating problem. In this case you have to open your computer and check the cooler, it accumulates dust on the processor, remove the cooler and clean it, computer stores have air spray to do this, once you open your computer remove any dust from inside the case.

Hi I had the same problem the other day.
I found that if you can get into your msconfig.check that the boot is at were it should be,and that your services are all checked same in your Win ini as well as your sys ini..as my comp was just doing all of the same things as yours is..hope this helps your problem out.as it did mine..
