Have you done this????
Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Settings button (Starup and Recovery), uncheck Automatically Restart.
Now you should get an error message when it happens again.

Fat32????? Yesssss NTFS????? Noooooooo, always spontaneous reboot. even if u have 'automatically restart' turned off in the 'Startup and Recovery' settings. You will get error messages, but this is a friendly way of telling you Blue Screen of Death.
Hope this helps

Do as Chuck says and come back to us with the exact error message it gives you. We can try to work from there.
