You have a multitude of issues and the biggest is that you must turn off system restore because these things hide there and are protected.
my computer>properties>system restore tab>check box "to turn off system restore" then OK and apply out. This will delete the hiding places. Now download these and run each one right after the other.crap cleaner download here
spywareblaster download here
spybot s&d download here
adawareSE download herethese are free and safe to use and will remove most of all your issues. then go back to trendmicro and rerun their scanner to finish.

RAV is not new, the parent company was founded in 1992, and its first antivirus program was released back in 1994.
Microsoft Corp., however acquired RAV's IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) few years back and I have no clue what direction M$ is taking it.

Sabertooth- I was aware of that but picked it up from one of your other posts. I was trying to put it out there along with trendmicro because you recommended it. I looked at it and it seemed to be a good program.
