Computer keeps rebooting itself

OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU/Ram: Intel Pentium M RAM-512
Product: DELL Inspiron 8600

Every time I turn on my computer.. after a little while it starts to perpetually reboot itself. And every now and then, the blue screen appears notifying me that Windows was not shut down properly.. Any ideas?
