computer has random freezing

computer freezes and then i need to restart, no bsod or anything, it just stops, i built my computer myself, but im not sure how to diagnose this one. specs are an8 fatality mobo, 1024 pieces of ram, 250 maxtor hd, geforce 7800 GT OC, and a amd 4k DC chip. not sure but is there a log file somewhere so i can check what was wrong when i freeze. thanks.

Try these things first:

Don't overcook the video and see if it stops.

Check the temperature in the bios on your processor....

Take one stick of Ram out at a time and test them both alone see if stops.
assuming you have two sticks....

i swapped out ram and video card and its still giving me random freezes. my comp idles at 32C, is there anything else i should check?
