Is the computer shot? I take any good advice or ideas about this problem.........THANX Jerry
For starters, During start-up, tap the F8 key and boot to Safe Mode. From there see if there is a conflict in the Device Manager and or an error in the Event Viewer. Be sure to check the Monitor while in the Device Manager.
