I cannot reboot my computer normally throught the Start -> Turn Off Computer -> Restart option. It causes my computer to shut down normally, but upon doing so it doesn't boot back up. However, the fans and mobo are still on inside my case, I'm simply left with nothing showing up on the monitor. I have to either force reboot it or power down, both of which work normally. Normal shutdown also works without problems - it's just restart that won't work. I've already defragged my HDD and made sure my CPU is stable - so I don't think those two are causing the problems either. The problem first came to my attention earlier today when I was prompted to restart after installing some new graphics drivers. However, I don't think they were the problem as I've already uninstalled them and reverted back to my old ones, but the problem still remains. I've been using this rig for almost a year now with nothing like this happening. Any help regarding the problem is appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
