My computer freezes everytime I start any web browser or when I try getting to the device manager. However this doesn't happen while starting Firefox in safe mode. I'm sure that this is not a case of bad hardware or power supply or over heated cpu. It basically is some configuration issue that could have been changed accidentally, surely not by any malware,I've scanned my pc with Avira and Malwarebytes and found none. Startup is fine everything is fine, only until I start a browser or device manager or other few programs. And when it freezes the only way to get out of it is to restart the PC by pressing the button on the CPU. I would be glad if this could be solved without formatting the drive. Thanks in advance.

If you have system restore enabled, try restoring the system to a previous date before the problem occured. Silence is golden but duct tape is silver

System restore was disabled and have no chance of returning to previous state besides manual correction. Thank you for your suggestion. Basically this occurs every time I click a tab within a software like Advanced system cleaner or when I try to go to the device manager from system properties dialogue box. Firefox works when I disabled Java Quick Starter add-on. Every suggestion is welcome and appreciated. Thank you in advance.
