Hello Everyone
I recently upgraded my Hard drive from 80 GB to 400 GB. Before the upgrade I didn't have any problems when I played a video file or MPG or AVI files. But after the upgrade, I started having some problems of computer freezing everytime I play a VIDEO FILE.
Here are the symptoms
Before freezing, the sound trembles (like stuck) and sometimes the sound manages to overcome but most of the time the computer finally freezes.I am not sure whats the problem. Is it the Hard drive upgrade? I have no other problems besides that.
If anyone can suggest me some solution, I'll really appreciate. I tried using averest home edition to check my system. My sound card driver is
Audio Adapter Creative SB Live! Value (CT4780) Sound Card
I tried updating my drivers for the sound card but was not able to find for model CT4780, and I am kind of confused whats the right steps to update.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
Thanks a lot
