Computer freezes up

Hi.. having this problem since quite some time now. My PC freezes randomly, anytime. When it freezes, the screen on my monitor goes bit yellow at places, and PC totally freezes. Wont respond to anything. Alt+Ctl+Del dosent work, nothing. Have to hard reboot it. Cant understand why its happening. Not associated with any particular application.
