Comment:

I have a Geforce FX 5200. Every time I play Need For Speed Underground or Medal of Honor Allied Assault the game freezes for about 30 seconds. Also when I go on my desktop every so often the screen goes black for about 2 seconds. I got a new Relisys TF770 Monitor. It isn't that is it? Plus my graphics card was making a very loud noise a few weeks ago for a few days now it has stopped. Please can u help me is it a hardware or software problem? Thanks Ryan

Try going to the display properties window and select "Setting and then the Advanced button".

Click the Troubleshoot tab and reduce the hardware acceleration by one notch.

That should do it; however you may need to go further to fix your particular problem.
