Computer Boots By Itself!

I have ASUS P5GD2 premium mobo, and it has the annoying habit of booting by itself after being shut down! I have narrowed it down to waking due to the LAN though, since when I unplug my ethernet cable, the computer DOES stay off. I just dont know how to fix it to stay off when LAN is in! I have checked all BIOS and disabled all of the wake-on devices, and checked the power management. Unfortunatly I see no option for Wake-on-LAN, so am a bit confused. You say the Manufacturer is "Various." Kinda difficult to troubleshoot that. What type of BIOS is in the machine? Soylent Green is PEOPLE!!!
