Computer booting to black screen

My computer starts to a black screen. My monitor has the little green light on it like it's reading a symbol, but all blackness. I've tried two different monitors, two different RAM sticks, two different videocards, and all the jumpers are set to the stock settings. It worked a week ago but now it doesn't. Nothing was f---ed around with, it just stopped working. Anyone have any clues, or ways to find out what the hell is f---ing up? Right now I'm guesstimating it's either the processor or the mobo, leaning towards the mobo.
I have a GA-7DX Gigabyte Mobo, and an Athlon 1200 MHZ processor.
I took it out and put it back in with no result. How much does a new one cost? The mobo is only like 3 years old, do the batteries typically last that long or something?
