Hey I'm trying to open an email attachment that's an excel document. When i click open the computer tries to load something then it says "The Feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Premium' disk and click OK."

I'm not positive but i don't think i have that disk, and i have no idea what to do. So i ask you, what should i do?!

You have to have Excel installed on your computer to open it.

Or if you don't have Excel installed, go HERE to download Excel Viewer 2003.

It means you have 'cleaned out' a required excell feature/file/registry entry and that you need to use the 'original' install disk to re-install that feature or part thereof. With the price of purchasing Office I find it hard to believe that you don't have the install disk anymore.
I get the same message after doing a 'thorough' registry/temp file clean.
