Hi Guys
I sometimes download the video with Audio and the file is (WMA) and the size of the file is very small like 14Mb and the video with Audio is about 2 hours of course is 20k bits/second means not very good quality . my question is
1-How they do it like this with what kind of software or how they convert that .
2-If I want cut some part of it (for example i like to cut 5Mb from 14Mb ) what is the best software for this job .

There are *many* video compression technologies out there. Supposing you had an uncompressed AVI file or something that has very low compression, you could use 'Windows Media Encoder' (its free to download from Microsoft) to compress and convert the video to WMV or WMA. There is also Real Encoder which would encode to RM or RAM. Also Quicktime, Mpeg etc. etc.
To edit and splice a video, you can easily use Windows Video Maker that comes with many computers, or download a free software that just cuts videos (do a search for 'video cut freeware' or similar)
