Pardon my intrusion but are you trying to curb what the kids download? If that is the case are they teens?

I see. I am a New Yorker. I have not ran into situations where download limits are a major issue - ever since broadband became the norm in the early 2000s.
Are there any known entrepreneurs or software developers out in Australia that offer such software? If not I guess self-discipline may be the best & viable option, won't you agree? Or maybe in due time another Australian will notice this thread and offer better suggestions.
