I have a few questions. First, have you used that brand of DVD before? Have you used that exact DVD disk before? Were you trying to make a bootable DVD? What type of DATA files were you burning, or didn't you even get that far?
Have you sucessfully make DVD DATA disks with this settup before?

This is the first time I am using TDK DVD+RW. It seems to me that the process hasn't got that far, which the type of the data could be the culprit. The process failed fairly quick after formatting the disc.

I have been successfully burning all different type of disc, but other brand, though.

My guess is that TDK DVD+RW simply doesn't work on my burner, but thought it's nice to have someone to confirm my theory.

thanks,
