my compaq presario laptop just shut down one day because of some serious spyware/virus. now it will not pass this screen that says "please insert recovery discs" with other wording and a black backround. this is the second time this has happened in 3 month. i would like to fix it myself because last time it cost me over 100.00 to get them to fix it. how do i get a recovery disc if i cant even get past that screen?? please help.
