Comment:

my compaq nx9010 won't start windows. I hit the power button while it was preparing to hibernate due to low batteries. Now it gets stuck on the welcome screen when I boot up, showing nothing but a blue background and the windows logo. It also won't boot into safe mode. Is there anything i can do short of reinstalling windows. I already reset the bios, although I think that was a waste of my time.
Thanks,
Rob
