my laptop has been working fine and this morning when i started it,it started uptill the desktop page and then the screen went blank.i can see that the computer is running but with a blank screen!.it is getting worse and worse now and immediately after starting the screen is blank.i can hear my computer start at times but with a blank screen.i have tried rebooting it,going to safe mode,going to last good configuration but the screen keeps going blank .is it a virus which is causing this problem.sometimes it goes up to the point where it says it is checking files in c folder and the file system that is checked is FAT 32.please help.i dont know much about computers sulthana

Do you have another monitor that you can attach to it...proccess of illimination...hook the other monitor up to it and use the function key to toggle the use of the other computer. If it comes up ok then more than likely the laptops monitor has died or is dying. If the other monitor acts the same then you are probably looking at a dying graphics card. One other option could be a heat issue...LCD's have a bad problem with heat..computer gets to hot in the sun and from sitting in a docking station couls also cause this type of action. Operating Costs = the cost of operating a business Profits = revenues over and above the operating costs. Taxes = operating costs mandated by gov. TaxPayer = what you are called by the gov.

Look 'very' closely at the screen and see if you can detect any signs of an image. If you can, that means that the backlight is not working. That can mean the light itself or the inverter circuit that drives it is defective.
