I upgraded my deskpro en to xp from win98. When I switch on the screen shows the setup process properly, but when the desktop for xp comes on screen it only takes up the middle third and is illegible. Why is the screen so small for the desktop screen, how do I fix it and what went wrong so that this is not repeated. I can't used the pc because the screen and information is unusable.

Did you upgrade the hardware at the same time? I have one of those Deskpro EN models and it came with only 128mb ram and a 4 mb onboard graphics adaptor. Not enough to run XP.

My PC originally came with 128k and a 1mb onboard video. It had XP installed and ran it fine. Though to be sure it would soon run out of memory if you actually used it to run applications as well :-) I suspect amulcrones problem lies elsewhere though I've no idea where (so I'll shut up now!).
