I was just curious if there's a way to compact the registry in Windows XP without having to download any other programs (Just using what Windows has) Thanks

Look at pagedefrag. It defrags on every boot if you select it. I have been using it for years.

I just acquired Registry Mechanic and this is obviously included. Vast improvement in my system. I think the other comments are usefull also
