Is your PC getting hot?
A lot of computers will shut themselves off if internal temperature rises too high.
52" Sony Bravia LCD, EVGA 790i board, 3.0 Quad-Core, 4GB DDR3, SLI GX2s, SB X-Fi, a 2000+ watt 7.1 sound system... Best gaming computer ever, when its not crashing. Vista killed my inner child.

How do you know "it dont seem to be gettin hot"? Did you enter the BIOS & check the temp readings immediately after a crash? If you did, why didn't you post the temp?
And unless you installed a PCI-e x16 video card, I would suspect that gaming performance is horrible.

The 7300GT is a very weak gaming card. Definitely better than the onboard video, but still not very good.

Then you turn it back on & immediately check the temp reading in the BIOS. If it is overheating, the temp isn't gonna drop from 90C to 30C in 10-20 seconds.
