One day my computer was on standby (I think) and then my power cord got loose and eventually the laptop ran out of power. Every time I try to start up my laptop I get the screen that gives me the options: Safe Mode Safe Mode with Networking Safe Mode with Command Prompt Last Known Good Configuration Start Windows Normally I have tried all five of these options but regardless of which one I click after 10 secs or so I get a blue screen for half a second and then the computer restarts again. How do I stop this endless cycle and finally retrieve some files I need from my laptop?
