Command to generate custom Autorun.inf

I want to make a custom Autorun.inf with the following content:

[autorun]
icon=??.ico

Where the ?? are the name of an icon file
This Autorun.inf is to be generted in the same folder of the icon file, by a command in the context menu of the .ico files

The problem is that I want to make this autorun file from the context menu of the .ico files (right-click in the icon file) and I don't know how to write the command in the Registry Editor.
