command prompt boot disk

Specs: Windows XP

i need to access the command prompt using a boot disk from start-up because i configured my computer to run on safe mode however safe mode has been disabled

now i need to get a boot disk not a floppy but a cd version so i can access the command prompt upon boot up

so is this possible???

i have windows xp media center service pack 3

I guess it would be safe to say that the Command Prompt is only available from within XP.

Other than that would be Recovery Console that has fewer available commands.

ok i looked up the recovery console,i can use that so ill see if i can get a copy of windows xp media center somewhere
