COMCTL32.OCX missing

Hi,
I'm trying to use Terragen in XP but when I try to run it, it says COMCTL32.OCX couldn't be found. I copied the file from Win ME to the terragen folder and now it says it couldn't load 'CommonDialog' from COMCTL32.OCX. Any suggestion?
