In your BIOS.........probaly under intergrade periferals

But before when i had WinMe the COM port was enable. Now only with WinXp are closed.

If you have an older PC {I have a 1998 DELL DIMENSION XPS/233MHZ/4GB HD/96MB RAM/WinXP Pro) I had to go into CMOS setup and tell it not to use plug & play aware OS. You might find some similar setting. In the future give more information about your PC.
That advice came from Microsoft and I now have my COM ports. This usually occurs with older PC's. Hope this helps you and points you in the right direction.

A good rule I've gone by for years is: In the motherboard's BIOS setup, always set the PLUG & PLAY O/S setting, to NO.
