i have a lexmark z11 and have just gone to change the cartridge over from the black to the colour but the colour won't work......this is a new cartridge and i've checked the bottom of the cartridge and the ink flow is fine..... prints the alignment page ok..prints test page ok but will print nothing at all in colour whatsoever only prints in black Forgot to mention i've also downloaded now the latest drivers and it still won't print in colour,only in black

Go to Control Panel and click Printers and fax icon. Right click on your installed printer and choose Printing Preferences. See if you have the box checked to print in only Black and white. If so, uncheck the box.
