My Dell Latitude PII 300 w/128mb ram, will not play sound. In control panel the Crystal WDM Audio has a yellow and black sign. Opening under properties it says not enough resources available to run this device try disabling others .
Well I have tried disabling others and reinstalling software, it comes up says it installed new audio driver reboot, I do and it still don/t work. Any ideas, Bill

Code 12 means - One of the resource arbitrators returned a failure, the possible solution is that One or more of your devices within your computer are conflicting, such as an IRQ conflict. Ensure that the IRQ's DMA, and I/O address's are all correct. I hope this can help you.

None of the known devices are showing a conflict. I will check them again. Thanks, Bill
