CNR modem

Motherboard is oldie MSI MS-6368 with Via VT8601A chipset. Onboard, there is integrated CNR modem. How to install it? Is it standard, generic, what modem? Tried on MSI site, but could not find driver. Do not know what to search for. Diagnostic program "PC Beginer" finds that tihis is PCI Simple modem??? Help please. Thanx.
